With the help of Tze Kwan, Chung Shun sells all the dead stocks. He even manages to open a new market in Africa. Si Ki makes a plot to alienate Chung Shing and Chung Shun. Chung Shing falls into his trap and he resigns from Chung Shun in order to join Si Ki. Si Ki starts a total reform program in the company. Such measure arouses the resentment from the experienced employees. In order to show his support for Tze Him, Pak Tong does not intervene in this issue. However, he invites to be a member of the board of directors. Si Ki is anguish. An Shin returns to Hong Kong. Si Ki makes a plot which shows that Chung Shun is in love with Tze Kwan. It causes misunderstanding between An Shin and Chung Shun. An Shin’s heart is broken, so she ignores the explanation of Chung Shun as she has made up her mind to break the relationship with Chung Shun. Si Ki arranges An Ki to further her study in America for two years……
