To break himself from Ka-Man, he contrives to make Ka-Man write her will and kills her. He designs so that the whole incident appears as Ka-Man committing suicide and therefore she is responsible for her own death. Sau-Wan is shocked by the news.' Just before she dies, Ka-Man called Sau-Wan to share the happy news of her marriage. Sau-Wan secretly suspects whether Ka-Han would kill herself. After his return to Hons Kong, Mei-Yan recommends Hong to Fung who entrust him with more responsibilities. However, this brings about Yiu-Kwok’s jealousy. Sin Ling develops a liking for Yin-Kwok. Unfortunately, with his playboy character. Yiu-Kwok doesn't want to settle and begins to court, someone else. Siu-Ling is in despair. Kin opens his food stall hut his business is ruined by the nearby road construction. Cho-Kwan advises him to voice his complaints to the media which also brings about publicity and promotion……
