A woman, whose name is AH LING, takes her son to the A & E room. HENRY later knows that her husband is none other than HO TAK KWONG, an old friend of his. KWONG shows his concern for PAUL. As a token of gratitude, GRACE invites CHRIS, who has saved her life, to a dinner. To her disappointment, CHRIS brings ANSON along. He asks GRACE, whose family runs a furniture shop, for discounts. In order to pry into their lives, she grasps the opportunity to visit their place. ANSON sees through her intention. Fearing that his performance will be affected, MC refuses to undergo an operation. His relationships with YEUNG and PHOEBE respectively have been affected inversely as he tries to cover up his pain. The hospital has received complaints against PAUL.
