Night club mamasan Mon and her boss Dung were discussing business there but ended up in a fight. Ngo was transferred to head a EU team. Her subordinate Wing had bias towards women and hated to be under Ngo. One day, when Ngo and her team were undertaking routine road block checking, they discovered a much wanted criminal, Sing, and started a gun fight. Sing managed to escaped. Sheng remembered that he had once fought against Sing and knew he was an excellent sniper. Dung was furious that Mon opened a similar night club. Not only did she attract all the club girls, but also many of his customers. He sent his man Dee to kill Mon during the opening ceremony of her night club.
